Sharda Jetwani Love, MSW, is the Creator of Rainmaker Engagement LLC., whose mission it is to cultivate opportunities for a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and leadership.

Sharda brings unique perspectives gained from her roles in the Peace Corp and as Program Director of Lunch Break, a non-profit providing life necessities and skills to those facing financial hardship. This perspective inspired her to develop and enhance programs, connect human beings with resources, and mentor individuals into leaders.

She brings this same dedication to her work with business leaders, educational professionals, and community leaders as they strive to empower their teams and achieve greater success.

When not cultivating relationships, Sharda is enjoying time in her role as a mother, wife, daughter, and sister. While born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, she has lived in India, Mexico, Spain, Costa Rica, New Jersey, and now resides in Florida.
